Summer can be a wonderful time of year. It offers us an opportunity that no supplement, skincare product, or wellness trend can replace.

There is more sunshine. More light in general. More time outdoors. More opportunities to meet friends, travel, eat alfresco, and enjoy longer evenings.

And yet, if you are anything like me, summer can sometimes pass in a blur. 

We begin with the best intentions, but before we know it we are rushing from one thing to the next, sleeping less, eating on the go, trying to fit everything in while the weather is good, and arriving in autumn wondering where the summer went. 

Summer Radiance is a guided four-week journey designed to help you work with the season rather than against it.

A different way to move through summer. 

Not as another thing to add to your list. Not as a health programme that expects you to be perfect.

But as a space to pause for a few minutes each day, reconnect with yourself, and

make the most of what this season naturally offers.

Through daily practices, live teaching, recipes, support and community, I will help you make the most of the season and discover simple ways to support your energy, skin, hormones, mood and overall wellbeing.

Why I created Summer Radiance

We live in a world overflowing with health information.

Every day we are told about another supplement, another habit, another morning routine, another practice that promises to improve our wellbeing.

Individually, most of these suggestions seem reasonable. Many of them only take a few minutes. But when we try to do all of them, those minutes quickly add up.

Before long, self care can start to feel like a full-time job.

I know this because I have been there myself.

Over the years I have explored countless approaches to health and wellbeing. Some have become part of my life. Others have not.

What I have learned is that the goal is not to do everything. The goal is to discover what makes the biggest difference for you.

Think of it as a seasonal buffet. Over four weeks, I will introduce you to a variety of practices drawn from the four pillars of the programme. Some will resonate immediately. Some may not.

You are not expected to do everything. In fact, I would prefer that you did not. My hope is that by the end of these four weeks, you will have discovered a handful of practices that genuinely support your energy, sleep, skin, mood and overall wellbeing.

Summer Radiance is not about creating the perfect routine. It is about helping you discover what works for you.

Summer Radiance is built around four pillars. Together they create the foundation for everything we will explore over the four weeks.

☀️ Light, Circadian Rhythm & Summer Living

Summer offers us something that no supplement can replace: light.

Together we will explore simple ways to work with the longer days, support your circadian rhythm, improve sleep, spend more time outdoors, and reconnect with the natural patterns that shape how we feel.

This is not about perfection. It is about learning how to make the most of what summer is already offering.


🍉 Food, Hydration & Seasonal Eating

Summer brings an abundance of foods that naturally support hydration, energy and wellbeing.

Throughout the programme I will share practical ideas, recipes and inspiration to help you enjoy seasonal food, stay well hydrated, and discover simple ways of eating that feel good in your body.

No calorie counting. No complicated meal plans. No nutritional perfectionism.

Just real food and practical ideas that fit into everyday life.


✨ Skin, Self Care & Natural Beauty

Many of us have been taught to think about skin only in terms of products.

In Summer Radiance we take a broader view.

We will explore the connection between sunlight, hydration, sleep, food, stress and skin health, alongside simple self care practices, face massage, essential oils and natural skincare.

Because healthy skin is about much more than what we put on it.


🌿 Rest, Resilience & Nervous System Support

Summer can be joyful, but it can also be busy, stimulating and surprisingly draining.

Throughout the programme I will share practices drawn from yoga, somatic movement, breathwork and nervous system education to help you feel more balanced, present and connected to yourself.

Think of these as small tools that you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming or your energy needs support.

For four weeks, you will have daily access to guidance, encouragement and practical ideas inside our private WhatsApp group. Think of it as having me in your pocket throughout the summer.

Daily Audios & Seasonal Inspiration

Each morning you will receive a short audio, reflection, recipe idea, practice or seasonal prompt to help you reconnect with yourself and the season.

Bi-weekly Live Zoom Gatherings

Our live sessions provide space to slow down, ask questions, reconnect with your intentions and spend time with other women on the journey.

A note from me

Over the last 35+ years, I have explored many different aspects of health and wellbeing. Nutrition. Movement. Yoga. Breathwork. Essential oils. Skin health. Circadian rhythm. Hormones. Nervous system support. Seasonal living.

What fascinates me is not any one of these subjects on its own, but the way they connect. Because real life does not happen in separate compartments.

I have learned that health is rarely about finding one missing piece. It is more often about understanding how the pieces fit together. Our sleep affects our hormones. Our light environment affects our skin. The food we eat affects our brain. Stress influences almost everything.

Information has never been easier to find. Books, podcasts, social media and AI can all provide ideas, inspiration and answers.

What is harder to find is the perspective that comes from spending 35+ years exploring these connections and seeing how they play out in real people's lives.

That is what I hope to bring to Summer Radiance. Not just information, but context. Not only ideas, but guidance.

Not just another list of things you should be doing, but support as you discover what works for you.

Frequently asked questions

I already know quite a lot about health. Will I still benefit?

Many women who join my programmes already know a great deal about health and wellbeing.

What they often value most is not learning something completely new, but having support, structure, encouragement, and a reason to stay connected to practices they already know help them feel better.

Do I need to attend every live Zoom session?

No. The live sessions are there to support you, but I know summer is often filled with holidays, family visits, weekends away, and changing schedules.

All live sessions will be recorded, so you can watch them later if you cannot attend live.

You can always send me any questions ahead of the time, though of course you will have the WhatsApp community to ask them in, too.

What if I am going on holiday during the programme? 

That is absolutely fine. In many ways, Summer Radiance was created with summer holidays in mind.

The practices are simple, flexible, and designed to travel with you, whether you are at home, by the sea, camping, or exploring a new city.

What if I fall behind?

You cannot really fall behind.

This is not a course with homework or a programme that needs to be completed perfectly. Think of it as a seasonal experience rather than a challenge.

Take what is useful, leave what is not, and join in as much as your life allows.

How much time will I need each day?

Summer Radiance is designed to fit into real life.

Most daily practices take between 5 and 15 minutes, although you are always welcome to spend longer if you wish.

Some days you may simply listen to the morning audio while having breakfast or sitting in the garden. Other days you might try a recipe, spend a little longer outside, or join a live session.

The aim is not to give you more to do. It is to help simple acts of self care become part of your day.

Will I be expected to share personal information in the group?

No. While some women enjoy sharing their experiences and connecting with others, others prefer to read, listen, and follow along in their own way. 

Both approaches are equally welcome. There is never any pressure to participate beyond what feels comfortable for you.
